Privacy Policy
How Burnt Orange Analytics handles information used to operate the site.
Effective date
August 28, 2026
Information we may process
When you create or use a BOA account, the platform may process account information you provide, authentication/session information required to keep you signed in, and technical or operational logs generated while the service runs.
How information is used
BOA uses this information to provide account access, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, maintain data integrity, understand basic product operation, and improve the platform.
Service providers and data sources
BOA relies on third-party infrastructure and data providers to host the application, authenticate users, and supply football data. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. CollegeFootballData.com and other football-data sources are data providers, not account-data recipients merely because they are cited on BOA.
Selling personal information
BOA does not operate a business model based on selling user-account information to advertisers. If that practice changes, this policy should be updated before the change takes effect.
Data retention and security
BOA keeps information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and maintain the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but BOA uses the access controls and security features available through its hosting and authentication providers.
Your choices
You may stop using the service at any time. Signed-in users can permanently delete their BOA account and associated profile information directly from Account Settings without contacting support.

Changes to this policy
BOA may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
