Informational analytics
Burnt Orange Analytics provides football statistics, ratings, forecasts, visualizations, and commentary for informational and entertainment purposes. Predictions are estimates and are not guarantees of future results, financial advice, or wagering advice.
Accounts
If account access is offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. BOA may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or data integrity.
Data and third-party sources
BOA combines proprietary analysis with data obtained from third-party and public sources. Source attribution does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Third-party data can be corrected, delayed, or revised, and BOA may update displayed information when better source data becomes available.
Intellectual property
BOA's original branding, model outputs, analysis, graphics, written content, and site presentation are owned by Burnt Orange Analytics or used with permission, except for third-party names, marks, and data that remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas at abusive rates, impersonate another user, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
BOA may modify models, features, data sources, site functionality, or these terms as the platform evolves. Historical forecast versions may be retained for transparency even when a newer version becomes active.
No university affiliation
Burnt Orange Analytics is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The University of Texas.
Limitation
Use BOA at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by law, BOA is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on predictions, ratings, unavailable service, or third-party data errors.
